With 25 years under our belts, we’ve got the art of cake-making down to perfection. From the finishing touches and final flurry of design, right down to the ingredients we use in our cakes and bakes.

Because of this, we use only the best raspberry jam from England Preserves in our biscuits and bakes.

Having launched their jams in 2001, England Preserves’ artisan jams have been refined to become what we think are the most delicious out there, and continue to be developed to ensure the best ingredients and techniques are used for each and every jar.

Each of their preserves are made by hand in Bermondsey using locally-sourced fruit, and cooked gently to retain the fruit’s flavour and colour for brighter, bolder jams.

With low sugar and a high fruit content, their preserves add the perfect burst of fruity flavour. We think this makes our Victoria Sponge, Chocolate Raspberry Velvet, Dodgy Jammers and Love Mum Biscuits even more lipsmackingly good.

Our Dodgy Jammers and Love Mum Biscuits are made with buttery, melt-in-the-mouth shortbread, sandwiched with England Preserves sweet Raspberry Jam. Perfect for treating your bae or #Galentine at Valentine’s Day or Mum when Mother’s Day comes around.

Our Victoria Sponge Cake’s light and fluffy sponge is sandwiched together with creamy vanilla bean frosting and raspberry jam, while the preserve is baked into the rich chocolate sponge of our Chocolate Raspberry Velvet and layered in the middle with decadent chocolate ganache – making the vegan bake as moist as possible!
