Our Veganuary Cakes and Bakes!

Are you a dedicated full-time Vegan, or just dipping your toe to test the waters with Veganuary? Either way, there are a plethora of delicious reasons why going vegan is so fantastic! Going vegan is not only excellent for the environment (animal agriculture is responsible for up to 91% of the destruction of the Amazon rainforest.) but it boasts some wonderful health benefits too.

Some of the health perks you can expect from a vegan diet are:

  • Clearer Skin
  • Better Gut health
  • Improved Mood

and many more!

As most of us know, January can be the most difficult month to get through – these 4 & a half weeks can feel like years! Luckily our bakers have created some delicious treats to celebrate Veganuary and keep you pushing through to February.

So…what’s new? 

First up is the Blueberry Muffin – a moist vanilla and banana sponge with whole blueberries, topped with toasted oats and crunchy pearl sugar – divine.

Next we have our January Cake of the Month – the Blueberry cake. Sumptuous vegan blueberry sponge, lathered in blueberry frosting and fresh blueberry decoration. But hurry, as this cake is limited edition and absolutely not one to miss. 

Lastly in the newbies category are the Oat and Raisin cookies. They are bite sized oat biscuits studded with sweet raisins. Perfect for an elevenses dunk (and every hour in between). 

 You may not know this, but we have some Vegan products available all year round! 

 

The Peanut Butter Brownie is oh so fudgey, and topped with swirls of chunky Peanut Butter.Talk about ooey-gooey goodness!

If it’s cake you’re after then our Chocolate Raspberry Velvet cake is right up your street. Chocolate cake sandwiched with raspberry compote, lathered in dairy free chocolate ganache and finished off with a crown of fresh Raspberries.
