Can you think of someone who needs a 'Thank You'? This brownie slab is a fabulously tasty way to do so and comes embellished with the baked-in message and mini floral cookie border. This brownie slab can be made into a fingerlicking hot dessert by removing the cellophane wrap. Then warm in a microwave for 1 minute, or pre-heat a fan oven to 150C, place slab on the middle rack and warm it through for 10 minutes. Each brownie slab weighs approx 700g, measuring 14cm x 20cm and can be divided into 6-8 dessert portions or 18 to 24 mini bites.
