Based on our popular Vegan Pecan Brownie recipe this deep-filled brownie slab is wheat-free. It is studded with carmelized pecans and topped topped with an almond based, baked-in Best Mum flowers & hearts message. Each brownie slab weighs approx 700g, measuring 14cm x 20cm. It can be divided into 6-8 dessert portions or 18 to 24 mini bites. It can be warmed lightly in a microwave or oven. This will melt the chocolate and turn it into a ooey-gooey chocolate pudding. Just add a glass of oat-milk on the side!
