London Delivery

What London delivery days and times do we offer?

You can select the day of delivery up to 1 month in advance on our website, and further in advance over the phone.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to most London postcodes within the M25. You can see the London postcodes we deliver to here.

What items can we deliver to London?

Our full product range is available for London Delivery.

How do we keep you informed of your delivery?

We deliver by courier service in London. The courier service we use for your delivery is dependent on the delivery postcode.

For the majority of London postcodes: you will receive text updates to the provided contact number from our couriers (Brisqq) that will allow you to track the delivery. This text notification service is currently unavailable for a few limited London postcodes.

How will my order be packaged?

We package our cakes and brownies for London delivery in our branded 'Konditor' bags and boxes.

What do I do if there's an issue with my delivery?

If there's an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible by calling 0207 633 3333 or email us on hello@konditor.co.uk.

Please make sure when ordering goodies as presents that the delivery address is correct and the correct contact number is on the order so if there is any issues with delivery they are able to contact the recipient. 

If you would like to add any additional information onto the order please let our team know and we can add this for you! 

Please note that if the incorrect information is provided this may cause issues with delivery which Konditor cannot be responsible for. If the order has to be sent out again there will be a charge for re-delivery.

What is the minimum online spend?

The minimum spend for online ordering is £10.00, excluding any delivery charges.

Nationwide Delivery

What Nationwide delivery times do we offer?

Nationwide delivery is available Monday – Saturday!

All Nationwide products take 3 working days for delivery.

Please note, in the online checkout you can select the day of delivery up to 1 month in advance.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to the entire UK mainland. We sadly can’t currently deliver to any highlands or islands.

How much is delivery?

Nationwide delivery is £4.95 Monday - Friday and £6.95 on Saturdays.

What items can we deliver Nationwide?

We deliver brownies, bagged products and more, view the full range of products available for Nationwide delivery.

Can we deliver cakes Nationwide?

Unfortunately we're unable to deliver our fresh cakes Nationwide as they are too fragile.

How do I track my delivery?

We deliver Nationwide using DPD. The recipient will receive a text to the contact number provided on the day of delivery to confirm a window in which delivery will be made.

If nobody is there to sign for the parcel they will attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place.

We would recommend downloading the DPD app to follow the progress of your parcel and request any further delivery instructions if needed.

How will my order be packaged?

Our nationwide deliveries are packaged to best protect our brownies and biscuits in transit and then are placed in a plastic DPD bag.

What do I do if there's an issue with my delivery?

If there's an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible by calling 0207 633 3333 or email us on hello@konditor.co.uk.

Please make sure when ordering goodies as presents that the delivery address is correct and the correct contact number is on the order so if there is any issues with delivery they are able to contact the recipient. DPD will send delivery notifications and allow the option to leave further delivery instructions.

If you would like to add any additional information onto the order please let our team know and we can add this for you! 

Please note that if the incorrect information is provided this may cause issues with delivery which Konditor cannot be responsible for. If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts it will be returned by DPD to our Cake Head Quarters and the order will need to be placed again.
