London Delivery

What London delivery days and times do we offer?

London Timed Delivery: 8am-12pm, 12pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm, Monday - Saturday £5.95.

London Standard Delivery: One slot, 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday £7.95

London Same Day Delivery: 1pm-6pm Monday - Friday £9.95

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to most London postcodes. Go to checkout and enter your postcode to find out if we deliver to you. 

Do we offer London next day delivery?

Yes we offer London next day delivery, you'll need to order before 2pm the day before. Please note we don't offer next day delivery on all products.

What items can we deliver to London?

We deliver cakes, brownies, desserts and more view the full range of products available for London delivery.

Do we offer London same day delivery?

Yes we offer London same delivery, you'll need to order before 12pm on the day. Please note we don't offer same day delivery on all products, view the full range available for same day delivery.

How do we keep you informed of your delivery?

We deliver by courier service in London. The courier service we use for your delivery is dependent on the delivery postcode.

For the majority of London postcodes: if you have entered the recipients mobile number at checkout then they will receive text updates from our couriers (Brisqq) that allow them to track their delivery. This text notification service is currently unavailable for a few limited London postcodes.

If nobody is available to accept delivery the courier will call the recipient and attempt to coordinate the delivery or to leave the order in a safe place or a neighbour. If nobody answers the courier's call then they will wait 5 minutes and attempt to deliver again. If the courier is still unable to deliver then the order will be left at the doorstep.

Nationwide Delivery

 

What Nationwide delivery times do we offer?

Nationwide delivery is available Monday - Friday, excluding weekends. All Nationwide products take 3 working days for delivery.

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver a selection of brownies, bagged products and more around mainland UK.

How much is delivery?

Nationwide delivery is just £3.95.

What items can we deliver Nationwide?

We deliver brownies, bagged products and more, view the full range of products available for Nationwide delivery.

Can we deliver cakes Nationwide?

Unfortunately we're unable to deliver our cakes Nationwide.

How do we keep you informed of your delivery?

We deliver Nationwide using APC. The recipient will receive a text on the day of delivery to confirm a window in which delivery will be made.

If nobody is available to accept delivery APC will attempt to redeliver your order, free of charge.
