1. General Information

1.1. The Konditor Loyalty Scheme ("the Scheme") is operated by Love Baked In Ltd, trading as Konditor ("the Company").
1.2. The Scheme is designed to reward customers for their loyalty by offering them the opportunity to collect and redeem points ("Brownie Points") on qualifying purchases made in-store or online.
1.3. By joining the Scheme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1. Membership to the Scheme is free and open to individuals aged 16 years and over who provide a valid email address, name, and date of birth during registration.
2.2. To participate, customers must sign up by registering their details in-store, online, or via any other method specified by the Company.
2.3. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another individual.

3. Earning Brownie Points

3.1. Members will earn one (1) Brownie Point for every £1 spent in-store or online at Konditor.
3.2. Brownie Points are awarded on the total amount spent, including VAT, but excluding any delivery charges, taxes, or other fees.
3.3. Brownie Points will be credited to your account within 24 hours of your purchase.
3.4. The Company reserves the right to exclude certain products or services from the Scheme, and no Brownie Points will be earned on such excluded items.
3.5. Brownie Points cannot be earned on purchases made before joining the Scheme.

4. Redeeming Brownie Points

4.1. Brownie Points can be redeemed against rewards specified by the Company, either in-store or online.
4.2. The value and range of rewards, along with the number of Brownie Points required to redeem each reward, will be determined by the Company and may be subject to change.
4.3. To redeem Brownie Points, you must have accumulated the minimum number of points required for the desired reward.
4.4. Brownie Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.
4.5. Once Brownie Points are redeemed, they cannot be re-credited to your account.
4.6. Any additional terms related to specific rewards will be provided at the time of redemption.
4.7. Only one reward can be redeemed per transaction. 

5. Expiration of Brownie Points

5.1. Brownie Points will expire if not used within 24 months from the date they were earned.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to notify members of upcoming expirations via email.

6. Account Management

6.1. Members are responsible for ensuring that their account information is accurate and up-to-date.
6.2. You may check your Brownie Points balance and manage your account by logging into your account on the Konditor website or via any other method provided by the Company.
6.3. The Company reserves the right to close your account and cancel any accumulated Brownie Points if it believes that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or have engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

7. Termination and Changes to the Scheme

7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.
7.2. In the event of termination, members will have 30 days to redeem any remaining Brownie Points before they are forfeited.
7.3. The Company reserves the right to revoke a member's participation in the Scheme if they engage in activities deemed inconsistent with the Scheme’s values or objectives.

8. Transition from Paper Loyalty Stamp Card Scheme

8.1. The existing paper loyalty stamp card scheme ("Paper Stamp Scheme") will officially end on January 31, 2025.
8.2. Until January 31, 2025, customers can exchange their paper loyalty stamp cards for Brownie Points in-store.
8.3. The Paper Stamp Scheme consists of two sides: one side for stamps earned per visit and the other for stamps earned per whole cake purchase.
8.4. Conversion rates are as follows:

• Each visit stamp can be converted to twenty (20) Brownie Points.
• Each whole cake stamp can be converted to one hundred fifty (150) Brownie Points. 8.5. A maximum of five (5) paper loyalty stamp cards can be converted to Brownie Points per customer.
  8.6. Paper stamp cards must be surrendered to store staff at the time of conversion and cannot be returned.
  8.7. The Company reserves the right to refuse the conversion of paper stamps if it suspects fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

9. Refer a Friend Scheme

9.1. The Konditor Loyalty Scheme includes a "Refer a Friend" scheme, where members ("the Referrer") can refer friends ("the Referee") to join the Scheme.
9.2. If the Referee signs up for the Scheme and makes a purchase, the Referrer will receive fifty (50) Brownie Points, and the Referee will receive one hundred fifty (150) Brownie Points, inclusive of the 100 sign up points. 
9.3. The Brownie Points for both the Referrer and the Referee will only be awarded after the Referee has completed their first purchase.
9.4. The Refer a Friend scheme is discretionary, and the Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the scheme at any time without prior notice.
9.5. The Company reserves the right to withhold Brownie Points if it suspects fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referral or referral of fictitious persons.

10. Data Protection

10.1. The personal information you provide when signing up for the Scheme will be used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the Konditor website.
10.2. By joining the Scheme, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Scheme, including communicating with you about your account and any related offers or promotions.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
