You can select the day of delivery up to 1 month in advance on our website, and further in advance over the phone.
Please note that while we aim to deliver within your chosen time slot, there may occasionally be delays due to traffic and other circumstances beyond our control. If you are worried about a late delivery, please contact our hotline and we can get an ETA from the courier for you.
We deliver to most London postcodes within the M25. You can see the London postcodes we deliver to here.

We deliver by courier service in London. The courier service we use for your delivery is dependent on the delivery postcode.
You will receive emails and text updates to the provided contact details from our couriers that will allow you to track the delivery as it gets nearer to your delivery address.

We package our cakes and brownies for London delivery in our branded 'Konditor' bags and boxes.

Please make sure when ordering goodies as presents that the delivery address is correct and the correct contact number is on the order so if there is any issues with delivery they are able to contact the recipient.

Please note that if the incorrect information is provided this may cause issues with delivery which Konditor cannot be responsible for. If the order has to be sent out again there will be a charge for re-delivery.

Nationwide delivery is available Monday – Saturday!
Nationwide products take between 1 and 5 working days for delivery. You can see individual products lead times on the product page.
We recommend ordering a day ahead of when you need your order to avoid any potential delay issues.
Please note, Saturday delivery is not available for all postcodes.
We deliver to the UK mainland. We sadly can’t currently deliver to any highlands or islands.
Nationwide delivery is £5.95 Monday - Saturday.

Unfortunately we're unable to deliver our fresh cakes Nationwide as they are too fragile.
We deliver Nationwide using APC. The recipient will receive a text to the contact number provided on the day of delivery to confirm a window in which delivery will be made.
If nobody is there to sign for the parcel they will attempt to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe place.

Our nationwide deliveries are packaged to best protect our brownies and biscuits in transit and then are placed in a plastic APC bag. Please note our products are not letterbox sized, so if the recipient will not be home, let us know a safe place for the delivery to be left in the delivery instructions.

We advise you order 1 day ahead of your celebration to avoid any disappointment due to potential delivery delays. We are unable to offer a refund or compensation for deliveries that are delayed by one day.
