A golden coloured fruitcake infused with brandy and bursting with currants, citrus peel, cherries and light, seasonal spices. Thick layers of handmade almond paste add moisture in the centre and toasted notes on top. Each cake is adorned with a bouquet of marzipan flowers. As it's not too sweet it can be enjoyed with a medium dry glass of wine, tea or coffee. It's a great postable gift too!
