What delivery days and times do we offer?
- Nationwide Delivery: 8am-8pm, Monday - Saturday £5.95.
- London Standard Delivery: One slot, 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday £7.95.
- London Timed Delivery: 9am-1pm, 1pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm, Monday - Saturday £9.95.
Please note, in the checkout you can select the day of delivery up to 1 month in advance. View the delivery page for more delivery information.
Lead Times
Order by 2pm for next day collection or London Delivery*.
Order by 7am for next day Nationwide Delivery except all brownie slabs which have a 3 day lead time. Seasonal product lead time may vary. Ask our hotline for more information.
*Order by 2pm Friday for Monday collection/delivery.
London Delivery
Please note that while we aim to deliver within your chosen time slot, there may occasionally be delays due to traffic and other circumstances beyond our control. If you are worried about a late delivery, please contact our hotline and we can get an ETA from the courier for you.
Nationwide Delivery
We recommend ordering at least 1 day before your celebration to avoid any disappointment from possible delays with the courier. If your order is delayed by more than 1 day, please contact our Customer Joy Team.
